Quiet, safe subdivision is approx 30-miles south of downtown Atlanta and just 5-miles north of NASCAR racing venue, Atlanta Motor Speedway - which also hosts concerts, auto shows and the GA State Fair. Room ideal for individual or couple comfortable sharing a full-sized bed. Reasonable rates. People from diverse backgrounds welcome. No pets. No smoking inside house. The space Great for Atlanta Motor Speedway summer and seasonal events or as a stop-over if you're passing through. Speedway is a short 5-miles away! Save expensive costs for on-site Speedway rentals! Attend racing events, concerts, auto shows, and the week long Georgia State Fair! Are you an art festival vendor / artist / crafts person driving to a festival or event? You're welcome to stop over here! Ditto if you're in this area for business, a church event, or convention. If you're trekking to other destinations, you're welcome to lay-over here! Guest access Guest(s) will have access to guest bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room area. Your vehicle may be parked in my driveway. Please note that your reservation will be for a guest room within my private residential home. Sorry, but no in-and-out key. I will be available to let you in. If it looks like you'll be attending an event, dining out, etc., and returning later than 11PM, please let me know and I'll make arrangements to let you in. During your stay I'll definitely be available to answer questions, help with logistics, and make sure you enjoy your stay! Lunch and dinner are up to you! Lots of your typical fast food, including dine-in / take-out restaurants are within a 3-5 mile radius. 4) You must be familiar and comfortable around pets! I have various sized dogs ranging from 5 years to 12 years of age. The older one is showing signs of age. My indoor / outdoor pets stay inside during the evenings. They are house trained and periodically brushed / groomed, but can sometimes smell a little "doggie" during the warmer months. If you have pet allergies or are uncomfortable around pets, then I respectfully suggest that you consider additional AirBnB hosts for your visit.
