Double Pod* At The Creel Yard

We are a short walk from the working fishing port of Kallin where you can buy super fresh shellfish, Crabs and Lobster or go on wild life watching or fishing boat tours. The space Your pod is simple and contains a comfortable double bed, is fully insulated and built for Hebridean weather conditions. There is electric light and two electric sockets. The sleeping area of our pods give a contemporary twist to traditional Hebridean cupboard beds, they are designed to be shuffled into - they are for horizontal use only!!!!! Outside there is a porch with a firepit, a coffee table and a couple of camping chairs for you to sit and watch the world go by. We have a fully equipped communal kitchen and dining room with shared bathrooms. Please note we have 6 pods all with different unique views - you may be allocated any one of them. Travel light - we have everything you need here for a simple and comfortable stay. Our site is an ex Creel Yard where lobster pots were once stored - all around you will see evidence of the importance of fishing to our small island community. Guest access You are welcome to use our well equipped communal kitchen and dinning area. Laundry facilities are available for a small charge. There is Wifi in communal areas. Other things to note Our communal buildings are accessible, however some of our pods are accessed by steps and are not suitable for people with mobility problems. One of our pods overlooks a pond and is not suitable for small children. Free car parking is available and is a short walk to your pod. EV Charging is available on request for a small charge.
