5 Miles from 2 I-10 ramps, 25 mins to NAS, 30 mins to 2 different beaches - Pens Bch & Perdido Key, 3 miles to equestrian, 4 miles from NFCU. We have a private entrance, walk-out basement. There are other bedrooms if necessary; however, those would be in our living space & more $$. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. During warmer months, pool and tiki are beautiful, another open patio and outside cooking - grill. Area inside has microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, toaster oven, 52" t.v. The space There are sooo many fantastic guest reviews of our house y'alls house and then there's that one set of guests who you just do not click with...come check us out...most say they don't want to leave... You do not get the entire house... you get the walk-out basement, which has a separate entrance. We live here on the ground floor above the walk-out basement...see photos...this site doesn't have an appropriate box to check...the bathroom vanity area has been updated...has a taller counter, large stainless sink... Very serene and relaxing setting, sit on the patio, drink coffee and listen to nature, take a dip in the pool - or pack all that stuff in your car and go to the beach...the category of "entire place" is the entire, lockedoff, private entrance apartment/suite (a walk out basement) ....has a queen bed, day bed with underneath trundle, queen floor mattress, a long leather sofa, and a love seat which a smaller adult or child can sleep on...so we have space for possibly 8 but you still only have one bathroom (and a lot of trees...lol)...grill, table and two rockers and sink on the patio, the deck at the pool has outlets to charge your phone, and a ceiling fan with remote...please leave remote in place (cup)...center button is for the light...there are hoses everywhere, please rinse oils and/or dirty feet prior to entering the house or pool...bring the food and grill out! Also !!! please do not lay/sit on anything if you have oil/lotion on your body or in your hair...sooo many comforters have been ruined by this... When you confirm your booking, you are stating you have read and accept our house rules...(see manual). Can't wait to meet you...You won't want to go home...Airbnb does not collect our mandatory tourist development taxes (commonly known as "bed tax") and right now it is an additional 5%...this 5% is included in your nightly rate and we will be responsible for getting it to the appropriate state agency. You will be using the back French doors and the combination will be given to you for access while you are here. The side yard you will be using is gently sloped with a sidewalk. We have a walk-out basement so we are built on a small hill. We have kayak and paddles for $20/day but you have to transport. We no longer accept animals due to a lot of things...if you need to bring your furbaby, text me and we will discuss...size, breed, attitude, etc...we love furbabies...but our "next guest" sometimes is allergic and your baby's fur, smell, urine could offend them...their urine kills our grass...so if your baby is less than 10-12 pounds...we can discuss...
