The space Pull into the private Mountain Village South community and you'll be welcomed with the house on your left. Enter through the back door and immediately feel relaxed amongst the cozy cabin décor. Enjoy the views of Waterville Valley Ski Resort from the living room and private deck, and gaze up at the mountain summit while listening to the calm of the woods. Cozy up in the family room with your favorite beverage in front of the stone wood burning fireplace to watch Netflix or favorite movie with the new Smart TV. Or pick out a rousing board game for family and friends. Cook up a hot pot of coffee or a homemade dinner in our fully updated kitchen complete with stainless appliances. Wireless internet is available (including Netflix, amazon prime and Disney+), along with ample heat to keep you comfortable during the winter months. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 lofts in the house. Including 2 queen size beds, 1 Full size bed, 1 twin bed, and one bedroom with a bunk bed + trundle + air mattress. There are 2 full sized bathrooms and linen closets that have just what you need after a long day of skiing or hiking. At the entrance of the driveway there is a shuttle stop for the Waterville Valley Shuttle bus. The “Schuss Bus” makes numerous stops throughout Waterville Valley, including the ski area, lodges, White Mountain Athletic Club, Town Square, and more. So kick off those boots, hang up those skis, pour a glass of your favorite beverage, and get away from the rush to enjoy the ultimate Apres Ski. Guest access Access: You'll be given a code prior to your stay which you'll enter on the keypad. Other things to note Activities: Check out the resort insider page under the "explore" tab on the Waterville Valley website for a list of activities happening during your stay. Guests may have access to the White Mountain Athletic Club (WMAC) including tennis courts, indoor/outdoor pools, splash pad, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and more! Guests are responsible for all daily guest fees required by/paid to the WMAC. Details on access to the WMAC will be given prior to booked stay. During off-season months walk to the 100s of miles of trails accessible directly from your front door During ski season, the shuttle is steps from the front door at the end of the street. Every Saturday in winter, watch the fireworks from the deck launched right over town square. Dogs: Dogs will be approved on a case by case basis and there will be an extra $25 a day charge to cover extra cleaning. A maximum of 1 dog will be allowed and they must be quiet, friendly, and well trained. Waterville Valley requires leashed or closely attended dogs that must be cleaned up after. Incessant barking (more than 30 minutes) may be fined by the town under a noise ordinance. Please send information about your dog when requesting to book. Groceries: We recommend stopping for groceries before you get to Waterville Valley. There is a small general store (Jugtown) a 3 min drive away in Town Square that has all the basics, but tends to be more expensive than a normal grocery store. Campton Cupboard is 15 mins away and is somewhat larger and more affordable. The closest full grocery store is about 20 mins away in Plymouth.
