This home features original hardwood flooring with stylish updates. As is common with older homes you may hear the noise of creaking floors and slight clanking from the heating and cooling of the radiators during the winter. Use of the kitchen and cooking facilities is NOT included with this listing. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the third floor of the house with access to one of the two bedrooms on the third floor. Guests can get access to the second bedroom for an additional charge. Guests will have access to a dedicated bathroom located next to the bedroom. We only host one Airbnb reservation at a time, so only you and the hosts will be in the house. Guests will pass through common areas of the house, living room, and stairwell, to get to the third floor. Use of the kitchen is NOT included in this listing. Cooking facilities are NOT included in this listing. During your stay The hosts will be at the property during your stay. The setup of this listing provides guests with their own space separate from the hosts. By default, we will give you your space and privacy but feel free to engage with us if you want to get to know us. Both hosts work from home full-time and may be unavailable during business hours on weekdays. Other things to note Hosts have four rabbits and two Guinea pigs on the property. They are located in the living room and master bedroom which is separate for the Airbnb space.
