There is no additional charge for accessing our villa, but if you wish to use the resort facilities and sports, charges may apply depending on the activity you wish to do. As a registered guest of a villa or apartment in Casa de Campo, you have full access to the Casa de Campo resort, sports, and restaurants, similar to a villa owner or hotel guest. All guests renting private villas or apartments in Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club and, for a small daily fee, are granted full access to the resort's areas and services. PLEASE NOTE THAT FAMILY MEMBERS OF VILLA OWNERS AND FRIENDS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY, but they must still register at the office upon arrival. For guests who rent, the resort fee is $25 per day per adult (15 years or older), $15 per child (ages 10-14), free: children under 9 years of age. This fee is charged by Casa de Campo upon arrival at the front door during check-in. It allows entry to Playa Minitas and the use of beach chairs and towels, as well as significant discounts on activities throughout the resort. Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and stay details that will give them access to the following services and amenities: • Personalized service from Villa Owners Club concierges to coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, sports, and entertainment activities. • Golf course access, including advance bookings at special rates. • Use of the gym at a special rate exclusively for villa owners • Use of towels and sun loungers in the pool located in the hotel's main area, as well as on Minitas Beach • Golf cart rental for transportation within the resort (subject to availability) • Discounts, special offers, and promotions at restaurants, sports facilities, and other complex activities. • Access to health services at the Centro Médico Central Romana (medical center).
