Welcome to our historic, Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home built in 1923! Centrally located on Spokane's South Hill you will be surrounded by by beautiful parks, local restaurants, and minutes from Spokane's medical district. Your side entrance opens to a updated suite that offers a private bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Shared access to laundry and storage is available as well as a dedicated workspace. This suite combines comfort and ease as you explore Spokane. We look forward to hosting you! The space A sliding barn door opens into a dining/kitchen space. A kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate/griddle and air fryer/toaster oven are included for food prep and storage. A larger spare fridge located near the laundry room is also dedicated for guests. The main bedroom suite comes with a comfortable double bed. The room also offers a 50 inch smart TV with Xfinity streaming service. Ample storage for your things is provided in an accompanying bureau of drawers, and an over-sized cedar closet. A private guest bathroom down the hallway from the bedroom includes heated tile floors and a rainfall shower head. A dedicated workspace and spare storage room are also specific for guest use. Your unit comes with its very own mini-split heating/air conditioning unit is easily adjusted to the right temperature for whatever your level of comfort requires. Other amenities include a shared laundry space, HEPA-grade air purifier, and a water purifier. Guest access Guests will travel down a private driveway to their marked parking spot. A private side entrance opens to a small flight of stairs that leads into the shared laundry room. The barn door located in this room leads into the main guest suite .This is where you will find your kitchen and bedroom. To the right of the laundry room, another door opens into a hallway that leads to the private guest bathroom, workspace, and storage space. During your stay Our property management team will remain in close communication with you as you settle into the property and will answer any questions you may have. They are quick to reply to any questions or can accommodate needs. Our family lives on the main floor and are also available to assist with whatever may come up. Our family sees the basement suite as your space during your stay. We try our best to limit any time spent in the basement and will do our best to communicate before hand if we need access to the space. Both our management team and myself remain available via text or phone call. Other things to note Your suite's bedroom has an egress window that can open to the outside to accommodate safety protocols.
