Family friendly modern Villa in Bergen with pool

Our house, built in 2017, has a great landly location with good public transport to Bergen city centre and to the airport. By car the house is only a 15 minute drive from the airport or from Bergen city centre. The house lie in a quiet street next to a popular water with swimming opportunities in the summer. The area also offers pleasant hiking trips on the hill nearby. Here you get everything in one place. The space The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor. The tv-room on the ground floor is also equipped with a sofa comfortable to sleep one person. There is also a 75" flat screen with Playstation, Xbox360, international channels, and NetFlix. The living room and kitchen area dine for 6 people and provide a coffee area for two with mounain and valley view. The sofa area in the living room has a 65" tv with Netflix, international channels, and several movies and shows available. From the living room and the main bedroom, there is access to the balcony where you receive the morning sun. The west side garden has a 45-square-meter wooden platter for you to relax in the summer. There is also a 60-square-meter lawn and additional areas with a pool, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and a lounge. Parking facilities are right outside the house. The house is about 200 square metres. You may need to maintain the pool water quality with chemicals during your stay. Instructions will be provided. Attractions nearby: Vannkanten Waterpark or Høyt og lavt climbing park is only a 10-minute drive from the house. Bus transport is also available. Bergen city has an aquarium, and you may also take a trip to mount Floyen (400 masl) or mount Ulriken (643 masl). From the city harbour there are tourist boat trips to visit the hardanger fjords. We are a family of five, and this is our home, and almost everything we own is in it. We try to keep it clean and tidy all the time and will clean a little extra before we leave, and you, as our guests, arrive. The house has towels and sheets for you to use as well as everything in the kitchen area. There will be household materials and some groceries in the house when you arrive, like bread in the freezer and juice, milk, butter, soap, etc. We expect there to be a certain balance between what you use and what you provide back before you leave.
