Garage access but is not part of rental as we still have boxes in there to unpack. Bath and shower separate in master. Combined in guest bath. One king bedroom on ground floor. The space Beautiful and new! Quartz Counters, beautiful cabinets. Entire street is a year old so the neighborhood is fresh and pretty, safe for walking and biking. There is a 5g cell tower next to the house. it's very quiet and looks like a tall windmill. Bbq is left for guest convenience but due to rising costs and the amount of people who leave them on draining the tank, we no longer provide propane. We charge $40 for propane and a full service of bbq before your stay, if requested prior to check in. For this airbnb pets are not a guaranteed amenity, pet fees are paid seperately. We reserve the right to refuse pets who excessively shed, or are aggressive. All ESA's have a pet fee. All pets must be cleaned up after and pet fees paid prior to check in. Any violation of the rules, undisclosed pets or extra guests or more than 2 daytime visitors without prior permission may be subject to cancelation of reservation with no refunds. Please communicate prior to bringing extra people or pets. I don't mind conscientious friends or family visiting but you must notify host. strictly no noise outside after 10pm and please be respectful of neighbors. 3 car limit for driveway and in front of house. If more than 3 cars please park around the corner Guest access no garage One locked cleaners closet. Please only park 1 car in cul de sac as it's very limited parking. One- 2 blocks down would be fine for overflow car. Large vehicles, trailers, etc just let me know and you can park those on same street near my other airbnb. Laundry room is considered shared apace with cleaners, they arent ever there during stay but towels are almost always still drying and sometimes dishwasher still running when they leave. lint may be in trash. please park excess cars down the road about a block. Other things to note Dogs are $30 per pet per night paid seperately after booking. Late checkouts are granted the night before only. Day of it is $20 per hour if we are able to give permission. Unauthorized late checkouts are $100 per hour, $50 per half our and $100 per hour after 12pm
