You are welcome to enjoy our lovingly renovated, 250 year old former manse with walled garden. We are on the Black Isle 12 miles north of Inverness, on the NC500. Guests are welcome to enjoy the tranquil 2 acres of garden and the stunning views across the Cromarty Firth and Ben Wyvis. Enjoy a night or two of elegance and comfort at the beginning or end of your trip or use us as a base to explore Loch Ness and the Highlands. Our short-term letting licence number is: HI-20183-F. The space You will have two large double bedrooms both with king-size beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The main part of the house was built in 1776 and then extended in 1826. We have renovated the house to bring it up to modern standards of comfort whilst retaining the original charm and features. Guest access We provide tea and coffee making facilities in your room. If the dining room is free, guests are welcome to use it for take away meals. We are happy to provide plates, cutlery, etc. Feel free to explore the garden or sit on our deck and watch the sun set over the Cromarty Firth. This a favoured spot for guests where they enjoy a glass of wine. Guests don't have access to the kitchen but breakfast is served in the spacious dining room. Breakfast consists of tea and coffee, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, scrambled eggs, fruit juice, and toast or croissants. Other things to note We care about the environment. All our toiletries and cleaning products are eco-friendly. Towels and bedding are line dried. Two cats live at the house. We do not allow pets. Registration Details HI-20183-F
