House at the gates of St Gilles

Nice house with large terrace that can accommodate 4 people. Renovated at the beginning of 2022, it is located in St Hilaire de Riez, in a residential area. The railway is close, but the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is located less than 2 km from the beautiful beaches (Pelle à Porteau and Boisvinet...), the Corniche Vendéenne and shops. The house is attached to its twin (house with garden) that we rent for 4 people as well. The space The 50 m² single-storey house consists of a very bright living room with living room, a very well equipped independent fitted kitchen opening south onto a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. For nighttime, two bedrooms (one with a 140 bed and the other with two 90 single beds), a fully renovated functional bathroom with a towel dryer, a separate toilet. A small garage with storage and a washing machine is available and can also accommodate bicycles and your beach equipment. The land is enclosed but its entrance is common to both houses. Free WIFI in the accommodation. Optional: - bed linen €7/bed, towels €3/person, - end of stay cleaning €15 for stays of less than 2 days and €25 for longer stays Other things to note Upon request and free of charge we provide: - crib, baby bath, high chair: to be booked in advance and subject to availability Upon request, we provide: - bed linen: to be booked in advance €7 per bed ( a fitted sheet, a duvet cover, a pillowcase) - linen rental: to be booked in advance €3 for the kit of two towels per person For stays of 2 weeks, we offer the rental of linens ( sheets and towels).
