Description

Welcome to Unbearably Cute Tiny Cabin, 500 interior feet, an expansive 500 sq ft deck with hanging swing bed, hot tub, Adirondack rockers, outdoor polywood table/tabletop firepit, & Blackstone gas grill. Located in wooded setting with super cute bear decor. Prime location between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg (10-15 mins to both). WIFI/TVs w/Fire Sticks, seasonal gas fireplace, & swingset! 2 queen bedrooms separated by the living room, 1 futon couch & 1 bathroom in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. The space Enjoy an easy pull through driveway with no steps into Unbearably Cute Cabin! Located on a cul-de-sac surrounded by woods to give you privacy, yet conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. ** Please note there is a cabin next door close to ours so noises may be heard. Bushes and trees help maintain visual privacy. Most times guests are respectful and quiet. If not, please reach out to me so I can contact their rental company. Please be mindful of this before booking. ** As you enter you will be in the combined living, dining, and bar areas. There is an Amish made log futon with 6 inch inner spring coil mattress. Great for sitting or folding down for extra sleeping space. There is a seasonal gas fireplace (October-March) with knob timer for ease of use. Above the fireplace is a large 43 inch Smart TV with Amazon firestick. There is no cable TV. A sliding glass door to the back deck lets lots of beautiful light in. The bar area has seating for 2 and the dining table that seats 4 has 2 extra table leaves that can pop up for more space. There is a ladder hanging behind the dining table that is moved to the kitchen in front of the stackable washer and dryer that leads to the children's loft. This area has a basket of fun toys, stuffed animals, a futon mattress with bedding ready for your children to have their own neat space. The light in the loft does not work so we provide a small lantern for children to have a camp experience up there. Please note that we are not responsible for injuries of children/adults using the loft/loft ladder. Use at your own risk. The kitchen is well equipped with an apartment size refrigerator (not small like a mini fridge but not as large as a full size fridge) that has general condiments in it and a Brita water filtering pitcher. The water is well water so gets oxygen in it and makes the water a white airy color. It is safe to drink, it just looks white sometimes. There are appliances such as 4 burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, griddle, and blender. Utensils, cookware, dishware, pots, and pans are all provided. Unless you need a specialty item, our cabin kitchen has most likely got you covered! There are also many spices available above the stove as well as coffeemaker with coffee, sugar, and creamer. Above the fridge there is a cabinet with games, extra lightbulbs, and a small toolbox just in case you need them. There is a linen closet in the kitchen area with extra linens, a first aid kit, and various extra items you may need. There is also a stackable washer and dryer that works best for small loads. We provide a few other starter items for your stay such as a small bottle of detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. Should you use all of the starter items, there is a Food City in Pigeon Forge on Teaster Lane to replenish what you may need. Next to the kitchen is what we call the Master Bedroom as it is a touch larger than the other bedroom. It has a sliding door, queen bed, closets, drawers, and a small TV with firestick for you to log in and watch your programs. The 1 small bathroom has a tub/shower combination, toilet, and sink with vanity. We try to provide extra toiletry items in case you forget something at home and the bathroom comes with 3 in 1 body wash, conditioner, and shampoo from Trader Joe's. On the other side of the cabin (next to the living room) is the other bedroom. It also has a queen bed, 1 closet (the other is the owner's closet), drawers, and a small TV with firestick. Extra linens for the futon bed are located in the top of this closet and under the futon itself. The large deck is accessed from either a gate outside or the sliding glass door inside. The deck has a ladderball set, 3 seater hot tub, Adirondack chairs, hanging swing bed, a polywood dining area with tabletop firepit, corn hole, and Blackstone Grill. There is a path down to the mountain style swingset. The swingset has a swing, slide, and monkey bar. Using the path and swingset are at your own risk and we do not assume responsibility for any injuries to yourself or your children while using these. We call it a mountain swingset because it is on the side of the mountain and so sliding down the slide can cause a little fun tumble at the end. Our preschool son loves it! There is an owner shed under the cabin, please do not tamper with or use this space. We are a family friendly cabin. We provide a pack-n- play with option of changing table, outlet plug covers, a gate on the outside porch, and children's loft/toys, etc. We do not permit pets, partying, drugs, or excessive alcohol. Inventory is taken before and after each stay and any missing or damaged items will be filed against the security deposit. The mountain areas have spotty cell service sometimes. The cabin has great WIFI and in order to use your text/call features on the phone you will need to turn on the WIFI calling feature. We do have a cabin phone that is available for local calls or in case of emergency. Please note that you will be staying in the mountains. That means a few things...curvy roads, possible critters, and sounds at night. These are all normal parts of mountain living. The roads are curvy and some people consider some spots steep. We love these aspects of being in the mountains but know that this can intimidate those who have not been on these types of roads. Our property is awesome because there is no steep drive to get in and out of. It is a pull through driveway with no steps to enter the home. The driveway can easily accommodate two vehicles. If more than 3, they need to be smaller to fit. Please place all full trash bags from inside into the outside bear trash cans. This has a lock on it to keep animals from accessing it. Be sure to clean up any food items if you use the deck to reduce the chances of racoons, etc. coming to see you. For your safety, we have a recording device on the front entry to the cabin/porch as well as on the lower level of the cabin/shed area. Guest access You are renting the cabin as an entire place and no others share access. Inside the cabin you have access to all areas except the owner's closet. Outside you have access to all areas except the owner's shed. Please do not tamper with this. For your safety, we have a recording device on the front entry to the cabin/porch as well as on the lower level of the cabin/shed area. Other things to note Please note that you will be staying in the mountains. That means a few things...curvy roads, critters, and sounds at night. These are all normal parts of mountain living. The roads are curvy and steep in some areas which we love but realize may intimidate those who have not been on them. Our property is awesome because there is no steep drive to get in and out of. It is a pull through driveway with no steps to enter. Please keep all trash in bear trashcans outside and clean up any food items if you use the deck to reduce the chances of racoons, etc. visiting. We do not provide refunds for people afraid of the roads, those who are lost or cannot find the directions, or acts of God (weather such as wind storms, snow, power outages, rain, etc.) Acts of God are considered anything that are beyond our control or unplanned. We recommend 4 wheel drive in winter months. There is a new cabin just built next door so you may hear noises from there. We try to maintain as much privacy as possible for our guests but do not own that cabin so are unable to ensure their guests are quiet. Contact us if they are too loud so we can contact their management company.
