Kindly take note of our Standard Check In and Check Out times and confirm your estimated time of arrival prior to your arrival date. 1.A Additional Fees (ONLY IF APPLICABLE): A minimal Late Check In fee of PHP 200 will be collected for all in-person Check Ins at 8PM onwards. (Please note that any Check Ins scheduled at 8PM onwards is subject to availability. Please notify us at least 1 day prior to arrival to check and confirm availability.) NOTE: The above fees will only be charged when applicable, and will be collected from the Guest upon Check In. 2. All Guests are required to send a copy of 1 valid Government ID prior to arrival so that we may register you as a Guest with the building's Admin & Security office. Additional Rules: 1. STRICTLY NO SMOKING. While smoking is permitted on the balcony, any traces of cigarette smoke inside the unit upon Check Out will incur a USD 100 penalty fine to the Guest. 2. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OTHER GUESTS. Please refrain from cooking or bringing in of pungent foods such as dried fish, curries, etc. Any traces of pungent, strong, or foul odors upon Check Out will result in a USD 100 penalty fine to the Guest. 3. PLEASE BE ENVIRONMENTALLY CONCIOUS. Please switch off all electricity and appliances when not in use. 4. PLEASE DO NOT hang any laundry or place any bulky items on the balcony. 5. KINDLY DISPOSE OF ANY CIGARETTE BUTTS OR TRASH PROPERLY and PLEASE DO NOT under any circumstances throw these off the balcony or leave them in the Hallway. 6. ALL GUESTS ARE ASKED TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A DIGNIFIED AND RESPECTABLE MANNER AT ALL TIMES. Please act respectably in all common areas of our property such as the lobby, hallways, amenities, etc. In the rare instance improper, lewd, or uncivilized Guest conduct is flagged or reported by Building Security, any penalties imposed by the building security will be charged to the account of the Guest responsible.
