Equipped 36-square-meter two-room apartment located in a well-kept residence with swimming pool, multipurpose court, and playground. A bar and restaurant are available for your breakfasts and dinners (for a fee and only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in low season). In the summer (until September 4th) there is a soft entertainment and an evening piano bar. The property is a short walk from the crystal clear sea and the long fine sandy beach and the gently sloping seabed suitable for children. The residence is 300 m from the promenade and the affiliated beach (umbrella, 1 sunbed and 1 deckchair from the third row included in the price) and about 700 meters from various supermarkets. There are numerous restaurants nearby. The residence is in a strategic location for many interesting excursions. You can get to know the hinterland by visiting the Cupe Valleys, Santa Severina and Sila Piccola, as well as the beautiful beaches of the Isola di Capo Rizzuto Marine Reserve, Copanello, Pietra Grande, Soverato and many others. In the evening we recommend a trip to the town of Le Castella for a visit to its Aragonese castle and a walk along the small streets of the town. Guest access There is free, unguarded parking inside the residence. Within a few hundred meters there are supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping centers.
