Private home- no shared spaces with owners or other groups. Ultra clean, stylish yet cozy 3 bedroom home with mid century modern retro decor. Sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms- incl. rollaway beds. Brewers stadium/AmFam Field 2 mi. away (free shuttle 1 block away). Downtown - Fiserv Forum, Rave, Wis. Ctr, Lakefront, Summerfest, Zoo, Med College, Casino within 5 mi. Please no smoking indoors, no pets, no parties, no more than 8 ppl allowed onsite without permission. Free parking in long driveway. The space The home's decor is curated with authentic, high quality, mid-century modern furniture and accessories. No smoking, no pets, no parties or gatherings with more than 8 people please. The house sleeps up to 6-8 comfortably. Maximum number of guests at anytime is 8, unless approved by the owner. Please make your reservation for the exact number of guests for our planning purposes. Families are welcome but please note the property is not child-safety proofed- no outlet covers, furniture is not tethered to walls, etc. The bed linens, towels and pillows are hotel quality cotton for your comfort. We only use fragrance free/sensitive skin detergent and soaps. Basic personal supplies are included such as over the counter pain relievers, first aid kit, and emergency feminine products. The kitchen has basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, oil, flour, sugar, regular coffee and creamer. Our primary residence is 20 minutes away. We will not be on site during your stay unless requested for assistance. For stays longer than 4 days, we may request access to the lower level through the back door to ship product for our vintage decor reselling business. We will always provide advanced notice. Guest access You will have access to the entire home except the basement. We suggest parking in the driveway. The driveway can fit 4+ vehicles. One or two garage spaces can be made available upon request for stays longer than 3 days. Coffee shop, pizzeria and pub/restaurant are within 2-3 blocks. The pub, Magoo's on the Mound, offers free shuttle service to Am Fam field events. Brewski’s is about 1.5 miles away and offers free shuttles to Buck’s games. Other things to note The outdoor supplies such as fire pit and patio furniture will be available pending Wisconsin weather. We will aim for May - October. The gas grill is available year round. Early check in/check out will be accommodated as reservations allow. Pre-approved check- in before 2pm will include a $50 fee per hour. Pre-approved check-out past 11am will incur a $100 fee per hour. Unapproved late checkout is $100 per hour. Unapproved early check-in is $100 per hour.
