Here you can enjoy the idyllic Hollywood Riviera while staying at this beautiful, suburban hill-top home. 3 miles from the beach and 25 miles from Downtown LA. Some of our favorite things about the home are the spacious and tranquil backyard, the abundance of natural light, the nods to our Irish heritage, and the quiet and safe neighborhood. The space - Large backyard with BBQ, heaters, covered patio, couches + dining area - High-efficiency air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer - Fast wifi - Driveway + ample street parking - Comfortable beds - Apple TV - Office/bedroom with ample desk space - Two minute walk to neighborhood park with ocean + city views - Five minute drive to the beach - 10 minute drive to Del Amo Mall (one of the biggest malls in CA) KITCHEN Gather around the granite peninsula and enjoy a meal with your party in this open kitchen space. There are several appliances for your use and fun kitchen tools such as a Keurig, air fryer, and blender. DINING/LIVING ROOM This bright room has high-vaulted ceilings and a dining table spacious enough to fit your entire party. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flood in. After dinner, feel free to retreat to the comfortable sofas and relax while enjoying views of the backyard. FAMILY ROOM French doors greet you as you walk into the family room, a beautiful addition to the house. Lounge back and relax with your party on the comfortable L-shaped couch while watching your favorite movie on the 60 inch Apple TV. This is our favorite spot in the house for movie and game nights! OUTDOOR SPACE Some of our favorite backyard activities include enjoying a meal at the spacious outdoor dining table, doing yoga on the lawn, BBQing, and relaxing with a glass of wine on the outdoor couch and chairs under the custom-built pergola. BEDROOMS Enjoy the comfortable queen and full beds. The sliding closet doors have floor-to-ceiling mirrors and plenty of space to unpack and store your bags. BATHROOMS The first bathroom has a Spanish-style shower and sink, while the second bathroom has a double sink and shower/bathtub. Both bathrooms have ample storage space, plush towels, and light dimmers. OCCUPANCY 6 guests maximum PETS No pets allowed. SECURITY CAMERAS For the safety of our property, we have an outdoor security camera at our front doorbell. These are live recordings and we do monitor. Please message us if you have any additional questions. HOUSE RULES - No parties; violations will be notified to property manager - Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm - 6 guests maximum; additional guests by approval will result in a fee - Indoor fireplace is not functional, do not use - 30 day minimum stay This house is privately owned and managed; the owners assume no liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
