Cheerful 3 bedroom home in central Omaha beach

Great house with amazing views. Your group will be close to beach, boat ramp, golf course, Matakana & vineyards when you stay at this centrally located house with well stocked kitchen& large bbq. New large deck. Lovely 3 large bedrooms boasting expansive views of Omaha beach, estuary, Ti Point. Separate garage equipped with extra fridge, Table Tennis table & space for any beach toys. Separate media hangout for the kids, fully fenced section and plenty of parking. A wonderful place to getaway to The space Master bedroom has one queen bed and is on the top floor adjacent to the lounge/kitchen/dining. Second and third bedrooms are downstairs along with a small media hangout and the bathroom. Bathroom is one room with toilet, shower (over bath) and vanity. Kitchen is basic but does have brand new Nespresso machine (large pods). There’s another coffee machine for ground coffee, along with extra kitchen items, plenty of adult and children’s books, iron/ironing board, games etc in the back room on the top floor. There is also a garage available but it’s not for parking vehicles. A Table Tennis table is set up on one side. There’s some seats and a table in there if want to hang out there and there is plenty of room where you may wish to put any bikes, beach toys etc during your stay. There’s a set of golf clubs and tennis rackets available for your use if you wish but please return these. There’s also some boogie boards, a beach cricket set and some beach toys. Again, if you use these, please return these after use. There’s a second fridge/freezer if required in the garage. A fish filleting bench is outside at the back of the garage. The washing line is also around the back of the garage and under the balcony. The gas bbq is downstairs along with some outdoor furniture and table and there’s a large expansive deck with further deck furniture and great sea views. There’s plenty of room for cars etc on the driveway. A typical kiwi bach- nothing fancy about the kitchen or bathroom but they’re clean and basic . 😀 There’s a gate in the back fence leading to the lovely walkways down to the beach or to the shops/surf club.
