*Location* Welcome to our beautiful beach house! Location, Location!! WALKING distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, shops, Joly Rogers amusement Park, BOARDWALK and BEACH. Located on 25th St on the bayside, our WATERFRONT house has three balconies with a relaxing view of the water and bay. With patio furniture on all three balconies, you can relax, watch the sunrise/sunset and enjoy the bay breeze. Enjoy a dip in the community pool. Your experience will be unforgettable! The space *The House* Two cars garage parking, additional parking is immediately in front of the house garage. 1st floor, 1st bedroom, 1 queen bed(sleeps 2), 1 full bathroom, and balcony 2nd floor, pull-out-sofa (sleeps 2), half bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. 3rd floor, 2nd bedroom, full-on-full bunk bed (sleeps 4), queen bed(sleeps 2) and full bathroom. Master bedroom, king bed(sleeps 2), arm-sleeper-sofa(sleeps 1), full bathroom and balcony. The WASHER AND DRYER is also on the 3rd floor. The pool is opened seasonal, please contact owner for additional information. The house has four HD TVs and 1 GB internet WIFI provided for free. Guest access *Guess Info* • Guess 25 years of age and YOUNGER MUST be pre-approved by owner prior to booking. • No partying and we ask you please keep the noise level down after midnight. • Front door code and garage access will be sent via text message. Other things to note *House Keeping Info” • Adequate supplies of paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent are provided. We do not restock these supplies if they run out. • No smoking inside the house please and could potentially set off smoke ALARM. • Landlord provides sheet sets on all beds, fitted sheets, flat sheet and pillowcases. Please note: NO beach or bath towels are provided due to difficulty in maintaining them. • Please prevent water from sitting on the LVF floors as it may warp and cause damage. • Please use the hose in front of the house to wash SAND off of feet and slippers to keep the house clean and to prevent shower drain clogs. • NO GRILLIING/OPEN FIRE PLEASE!! Per Ocean City Fire Department’s regulations, no open fire is permitted withing 20 Feet of the development. • Please do not move indoor and outdoor furniture around the house. • This beach house is our vacation home. We put our heart and soul in furnishing it, so please be RESPECTFUL. • Please leave the property as is condition when checked in. Renters are responsible for DAMAGES, missing items, broken items and a FINE will be charged. An inventory after checkout will be conducted to assess for items. When checking out please leave no dirty dishes and garbage inside the house. Trash inside the house can be thrown away and put in large trash bins by the pool. Registration Details 83017
