A historical triplex built in the early 1900’s that has recently been completely renovated to bring the perfect mix of old and new. Every detail has been meticulously thought of, from the organic bedding to the high end furniture and finishes, to the full kitchen. Right down the steps, you are walking distance to a beautiful park, shops, dining, and live theater. The space This recently, completely renovated modern loft has high ceilings and two skylights to fill the space with lots of natural light from the moment you walk through the French doors to the sliding glass doors leading out to the brand new second story deck. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal with a built in oven and stove top to a large microwave and full set of cookware. A full coffee bar and complete cocktail mixing set awaits for our guest’s enjoyment. The luxuriously, deep seated, Pottery Barn leather sofa is the perfect spot to unwind and relax and enjoy the complimentary Netflix, Disney+, ESPN, Hulu, Peacock Premium, Paramount+, HBO Max, Apple+, and Angel Studios entertainment on the large smart tv. An additional smart TV can be found in the bedroom. The sofa pulls out to a full size bed if needed in addition to the king size bed and twin size daybed located past the sliding barn door in the expansive bedroom. When you step out onto the second story deck, it feels like you have a bird’s eye view of the neighborhood and you are amongst the trees. This is truly the best spot in Haymount! **Bird’s View Loft is just 10 minutes from I95! ***YES, WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! (Mark and I love our pets as much as you and know how hard it is to find other hosts willing to accept pets. We provide amenities for both human, canine, and feline alike.) During booking, please select if a pet/pets will be accompanying you and it’s a small pet fee of $25 total for the entire stay no matter if you have one or two. ****Please let me know if you would like to have farm fresh eggs waiting for you in the fridge laid fresh by our hens. We have plenty to share with our guests if requested prior to your arrival. Guest access Full access to the entire private upstairs Loft. Other things to note During the cooler months, when the heater is in use, it is best to keep the two ceiling fans on low to best distribute the heat throughout the high ceilings of the loft space. We please ask, if you must smoke, do so only outside. Please Note: In order to keep fair pricing for everybody, we do not adjust and/or discount rates if asked. Thank you for your understanding. Also, please let me know if you will be arriving prior to the 3 pm check in time. I do my best to accommodate an earlier check in and always let guests know as soon as the Loft is ready, but because we allow for same day check out and check in, the cleaning schedule is very organized and does not allow for surprises.
