The space The apartment is located at 2nd to last floor of a modern building with 24 hour doorman, perimeter security, elevators, plenty of guest parking and on the 5th floor you will have access to swimming pool, sun deck, steam room and fitness center. The apartment has 2 bedrooms; the master suite has a a king size bed and the junior suite has a queen size bed, both beds have super comfy orthopedic grade mattresses dressed with high thread count bed linen to ensure you get a proper rest. Both suites have en-suite bathrooms, hair dryers, walk-in closets, high definition smart TV's, air conditioner and ceiling ventilators. There's a studio area separated by curtains from the rest of the apartment for privacy; this area is ideal for work but can also double up as a room for an additional guest on a high grade self inflatable mattress**(if you plan on using it, please let us know in advance -latest by 4 pm on your arrival day- so we can set it up, if not, it'll be set up the next day)**. The studio has easy access to the social toilet but shower would need to be shared with one of the suites. The living room is fitted out with a 65" high definition smart TV. Guests have a choice of eating at the dining table or at the balcony bar though both areas command spectacular views. Unwind at our spectacular balcony with unobstructed breathtaking views of the mountain range and city, complete with bar, gas BBQ, and rocking chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted out with refrigerator, stove, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, juicer, blender, coffee machine, cookware, cutlery, dishware, and all cooking utensils. Laundry area boasts a modern washer / dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, iron board. Last but not least there's highspeed broadband internet with WiFi coverage throughout the whole apartment. Guest access Guests will have key-less access to the entire penthouse to themselves and will also have access to the building common areas (parking, gym, pool, steam room, sunbathing area). Other things to note Colombian law requires all accommodations to register their guests in the TRA and SIRE systems, just like hotels do. To comply with this regulation and with the building’s security protocols, we use Hospy, an external and secure platform that processes this information in accordance with data protection laws. After booking, we will send you a link that will take you outside of Airbnb to the platform we use (HOSPY) to complete this registration and accept the apartment rules.
