Welcome to our stylish basement suite in NE Park Hill — the entire lower level of our home with its own private entrance. We live upstairs; the suite is completely yours. Includes kitchenette, fast WiFi, laundry, Nespresso, smart TV, and travel crib. Location highlights: – 2 miles to City Park, Denver Zoo, & Nature & Science Museum – 10–15 minutes to RiNo & downtown – 20 minutes to Denver Airport (DIA) – Quick access to I-70 for the mountains – Rec center w/ pool, library & park within a block The space The Space This stylish guest suite occupies the entire lower level of our NE Park Hill home and functions as a fully separate unit with its own private entrance. You'll have two reserved off-street parking spaces behind the house (alley access), entering through the fenced backyard. Like any lower-level suite, the occasional footstep may filter down from above — guests consistently tell us the space is quiet and they sleep well. Location We're less than a block from a neighborhood park, library, and rec center with an indoor pool ($5.50 drop-in), 2 miles to City Park, Denver Zoo, and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, 10–15 minutes to downtown and RiNo, and about 20 minutes to Denver International Airport (DIA). Close access to I-70 makes ski trips and mountain adventures easy. Kitchenette The kitchenette includes a nearly full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, toaster oven/air fryer, portable 2-burner cooktop, and a Nespresso coffee station — well-equipped for preparing meals during your stay. Living Area The living space features a full-size couch, futon, and 55" smart TV with streaming services, plus fast WiFi for remote work or trip planning. The futon converts to a full bed (instructions provided). Bedroom The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, dresser, and closet stocked with extra linens and towels. A travel crib and twin air mattress are available if needed. Bathroom Renovated this year with modern tile, an updated vanity, and a walk-in shower (no tub) — compact, bright, and comfortable. Backyard Features a new privacy fence and guests are welcome to use it throughout their stay — the outdoor dining area is great for morning coffee or dinner outside. It's a shared space you may find us enjoying too, especially on warm evenings with our daughter. Guest access Guests have full access to the private suite with a separate entrance and self check-in via smart lock. The space is fully dedicated to you during your stay. Other things to note We live upstairs and love hosting guests who enjoy our calm, residential neighborhood.
