The Dairy: a newly-renovated conversion honouring its humble beginnings as cow barns, nestled on the Leicestershire-Warwickshire border. Welcome to your peaceful, rural retreat in the Midlands. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and historical points of interest, The Dairy has been lovingly renovated to provide comfort and luxury. We invite you to get away from it all and will be thrilled to welcome you to enjoy this property, which sits on the edge of our multi-generational family home. The space Situated within a peaceful courtyard adjacent to our multi-generational family home, The Dairy is a newly-renovated barn conversion offering accommodation for 2 people. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR PROPERTIES ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 13 YEARS OLD. On entering the property through the courtyard and via the picket-fence patio, you will be greeted by a well-equipped and aesthetically-pleasing kitchen and breakfast bar area. We've kitted this out with new appliances, tableware and glassware so you can cook as much or as little as you wish. If something you need is missing just let us know! To your left you'll find your cosy lounge space. Enjoy reading a book, cosying up with a movie or spending an evening playing board games. Don't forget to look up - our vaulted ceilings and original beams are really special! A separate WC ('little loo'!) can be found in the corridor leading to the cosy double bedroom, also benefitting from original feature beams, with its own ensuite shower room. Outside you'll find a patio space just for you, within a larger, shared courtyard. A service room is also situated within the courtyard - should you need to use the washing machine then just let us know! Speak to us if you wish to arrange a breakfast hamper or additional special touch on arrival. Flowers, wine, chocolates or something more unique - we'll do our very best to accommodate! Guest access On arrival we'll let you in through our gates. The Dairy has an allocated parking space on site behind our gates, so no need to park on the road. Sutton Cheney village has two pubs, which are only a short walk away. A short drive or longer walk in to Market Bosworth offers you even more choice in terms of dining and shopping! There are many lovely walking trails, along with the Ashby Canal. Sutton Cheney isn't serviced by a bus route, so a car is a must to explore further than your feet or your bike will take you! Other things to note The Dairy is intended to offer a quiet retreat for respectful guests. Given the proximity to our family home and our rural location, we have house rules in place regarding noise levels. If you are looking for a party venue we kindly suggest that The Dairy is not your ideal accommodation option.
