Guest access The property is so close to the beach that from the ground floor pool, all you have to do is open the gate, walk a few steps, and you’re on Miami Beach. Also, if you feel like doing some exercise, there is a great gym space right by the pool – you can get on a treadmill with a panoramic view of the ocean. Other things to note *** IMPORTANT UPDATE! *** Cooling Towers SHUT OFF-EMERGENCY REPAIR: Please be advised that an emergency repair in our Cooling Towers has been scheduled for Thursday, January 9th, 2025. This important repair will require to shut down the air conditioning system in the building, including all the units, for two days. Starting around 8:00 am and if everything goes according to plan, the job should be completed by Friday January 10th, 2025 in the afternoon. Please note that temperatures have dropped significantly these days and even some guests are turning off the A/C during the stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas are placed on the beach by building staff daily , usually from 9am to 5pm est. Each apartment has permission to use 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella: however, it is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Non-smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the suites or in the building’s premises. Breaking Dharma’s non-smoking policy would result in a $500 fine.
