This is a traditional house that has been completely renovated. Located in one of the best areas in Malaga, Pedregalejo. With an unbeatable location, on a pedestrian street, very quiet and just a three-minute walk from the beach. It has two very nice patios and a spectacular terrace. It is ideal for enjoying a few days in Malaga with family or friends with all the amenities. The space The house is in a very nice residential area, just three minutes away you will find the Pedregalejo promenade, very popular in Malaga for its wide range of restaurants, bars and beaches. So you can enjoy Pedregalejo's lively leisure area without worrying about nighttime noise or traffic. It is also very well connected to the city center, there is a bus stop a few steps from the house and in just fifteen minutes by public transport you will reach the old town. In the same neighborhood you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, and more. The house has two separate apartments, both very spacious, bright and carefully decorated. Each apartment has a maximum capacity of 6 people, and each has a kitchen and living room. The ground floor apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed (150cm) and en-suite bathroom, and a third bedroom with a 135cm bed. The upstairs apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: two bedrooms with a 150cm bed (one of them with an en-suite bathroom), and the third bedroom has two twin beds (90cm). The house has a front patio, an inner patio with a dining area and shade, and also on the upper floor it has a very large terrace with very nice views, which thanks to Malaga's climate you can enjoy almost all year round. The terrace has a shaded area, sofas, hammocks, and a dining area, making it ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals with family or friends. Guest access All rooms have A/C and Wi-Fi. It is also possible to request a crib for babies. The house is fully equipped so you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay without worries.
