Relax in our 470 sq ft studio space in the prime location of Old Town Monrovia with private entrance! This quiet, family friendly neighborhood is filled with nature and historical architecture. Conveniently located near major freeways, shopping centers, and Old Town Monrovia within a 1 mile radius. Aside from shopping/eating, bask in nature and treat yourself to one of the many hiking trails just minutes away! This is the perfect getaway for couples. The space Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, hot water kettle, stove, pot/pans, silverware, and full fridge/freezer. Complimentary coffee, tea, and some welcome snacks are included per stay. When our fruit trees are in season, we are more than happy to share some with you! Space will comfortably fit 2, but the couch can be folded down to a full-sized bed to accommodate 3 people. Any more than 3 people in the studio will result in a fine of $200 and nonrefundable termination of stay. All amenities are provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, coffee, and tea, towels, extra blankets, hairdryer). Security cameras are on-site located outside and pointing towards the driveway, frontdoor and walkway. All access codes for the guest house are unique to the guest and expire at the end of the stay. Monrovia is a low crime city and the location of the studio is VERY walkable! *Due to COVID-19, we have updated our cleaning standards to better protect our guests* - Room is ventilated before each stay. - High touch surfaces like knobs, handles, switches, tables, window sills, and remote controls are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. -Extra cleaning supplies (hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes) are provided for your convenience. Guest access Private entrance and unique entry code provided before check-in. Plenty of street parking is available but please familiarize yourself with street cleaning (9am-12pm our side of the street on Thursdays, 9am-12pm on opposite side of the street on Fridays). Studio comes with a skylight, ceiling fan, a/c unit and heater. Please make sure everything is turned off before you leave the premises. Early check-in may be possible depending on time. Please contact us if you need it and we will do our best to accommodate you! Other things to note NO SMOKING. We don't have many rules and want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. This means no cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, or vaping inside or on the property premises. Please book somewhere else if you want to smoke. Guest who violates this rule will be asked to leave immediately and will be subjected to a $500 cleaning fee/fine. There is a small Bichon-frise (see profile picture) on the premises who likes to make sure the homeowner's part of the property is safe. You will hear him from time to time but we do our best to let him know he's doing a great job as our security guard and that there is nothing to worry about.
