A private library for remote working or simply reading a book welcomes you. Two gorgeous kitchens fully stocked with dishes and other things you may need to make your stay pleasant and hassle-free. There is a formal living room for display. Several dens are designed with relaxation in mind. A massive cafe' for large congregations with indoor tables and chairs to seat 65+ people, also featuring a bar, games, and billiards for recreation. Enjoy the comfort of the theater room w/ popcorn machine. There are too many features to mention. The outdoor space is professionally landscaped to include a zen garden, a formal garden for ceremonies, a cactus garden, and a large green space with park benches and shade trees. This beauty also has a massive waterfall cascading into a koi pond in the privacy of a courtyard backyard. Some stairs lead to the upper backyard where you will find, a putt-putt mini-golf course, a horseshoe pit, a life-size chess game, a firepit with seating, and a pergola with additional bar top seating. This property has been described as a private resort. This experience is a "must-have". Guest access You will have access to more than 25 indoor spaces and many outdoor spaces. Any exceptions will be marked "No Entry". Other things to note Pre-Approved Private Events are allowed at additional cost. The rate on the website is for a Normal Stay (up to 20 people are allowed on the premises). Over 20 people on the premises is considered an Event and requires an additional one-time Event Fee. The event fee is based on the number of people you will have, it is a one-time fee for the endurance of your stay ( i.e. $1500 for up to 50 people on the premises, $2500 for up to 100 people on the premises, $3500 for up to 150 people on the premises, and $4500 up to 200 people on the premises). Additional vehicles can park on the adjacent property at $10/ vehicle per day. There is ample parking available. No parking on the street.
