Lakefront home minutes away from Red Rocks, 15 away from downtown Denver. Close to 6th ave, 1-70 and C-470 for easy access to the mountains, downtown or around Denver area. Great access for quick drive to ski areas as well and two blocks from Golden. The space Beautiful home on lake with gorgeous deck facing Mountain View’s and water. Home is completely updated with over 4500 square feet. Guests would have access to majority of home except other private bedrooms not being utilized. Great for executive stay or small family, group coming for the weekend. Guest access Private bathroom, kitchen, great family room, deck, yard and laundry room. During your stay I love to socialize if guests prefer. I also respect privacy if needed as well. Am willing to help them find activities or make recommendations to make their stay more enjoyable as well.
