The space The apartment is located in the Canal Saint-Martin and Gare de l'Est district. It was recently refurbished, with modern furniture for optimal comfort. It is on the ground floor in a courtyard. It has a mezzanine bed, a living room with a sofa bed, 1 shower room with a toilet, and a functional kitchenette equipped with appliances (induction stove, microwave, refrigerator). Guest access The flat is all yours Guests will feel at home, with no special restrictions except respect for the place and the neighborhood. Other things to note You will have: • Bath towels & linens provided, one large towel per person, one hand towel. A few rolls of toilet paper for the first few days. Coffee capsules are not provided. One duvet per bed. It is important to note regarding the occupancy that the apartment is non-smoking, and that it is requested to respect the other inhabitants of the building in terms of noise (parties and night noise prohibited). Guests will need to make sure they leave the apartment in the same clean and tidy condition as they found it on arrival. Cleaning fees may be charged in case of non-compliance with these rules. The cleaning fee actually corresponds to the linen fee for the service provider who washes the bed linens and shower linens, and prepares the bedrooms and shower rooms.
