Family & pet-friendly pvt two bed flat(Story Stay)

CHECK-IN: 2PM-9PM CHECK-OUT: 12 NOON Work, rest and play in this independent apartment with your two bedrooms, a spacious living room, two bathrooms and a balcony. We have travelled to 30 countries. But more than the amenities, we remember the warmth of friendships and memorable encounters. And that's what my family would like you to take back from Mysuru - stories that are worth sharing. That's why our property is called 'Story Stay'. The space Story Stay is a two-storied property with five independent apartments. Four of these are two BHKs(bedroom-hall-kitchen). Each of these apartments comes with an attached bathroom in one bedroom and a common one for the other. We as a family live in one of the apartments, so we are always on the property to help you out. There is ample parking space on the ground floor which also has one smaller flat/apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and living room-cum-kitchen. This one is perfect for two travelers or a couple looking for a budget accommodation. Your unit/flat/apartment is on the second floor(one of the 2BHKs) and is totally private. It has air conditioning(extra charges), kitchen with microwave, one balcony and other amenities as listed. Plus, it has an easy access to the terrace from where you can enjoy a view of Chamundi Hills and the famous Chamundeshwari temple. The apartment can easily host six guests. If you are more than four people, we can organise mattresses for you at an extra cost. But truly, the fun is in the conversations. Most evenings we are happy to have a chat together with our guests. And once we chat, the stories will follow :) Guest access - You won't just be able to access the terrace, in fact, we will encourage you to spend time there. We are also trying to create a cozy little corner with books and board games in one of our common areas. Hopefully that should be ready by the time you arrive. Once it's done it can turn into your work space as well. It goes without saying that you have total access to your apartment and it is private. You are also free to drop into the flat where our family stays on the first floor for a chat or cookies. The parking lot on the ground floor is also available to you to park your vehicle. But also some of us use it to have those walking phone chats. During summer days the terrace may not be pleasant, that's when the shaded parking lot comes in handy as an open space. Very soon, we will start creating a nice hangout space in the parking lot as well. But to be honest, that's a few months away at least. Other things to note It is true that we run this place as a business. But a far more important reason for getting into this was to meet people, make new friends and forge strong bonds. Please be mindful that you are staying with a real family. So do not treat this place like a hotel, or expect the family members to act like hotel staff. Having said that, we will do our best to make your stay a pleasant one. Other points to consider before booking: - Try to maintain as much cleanliness as possible. We do not have round the clock cleaning staff, and in fact, most of the cleaning is done by us. - Smoking on premises is not allowed. You can smoke on the terrace - Also, we live in a residential area with really great neighbours. The last thing we'd want to do is to upset them with our guests throwing thrash into the neighbourhood. There will be dust-bins, and it is a non-negotiable that all the thrash will have to be thrown into that by guests.
