Pleasant and modern cottage with three bedrooms, bathroom, living room, allroom/kitchen and storage/laundry room. The cabin is of a very good standard with dishwasher, shower/toilet, fully equipped kitchen and more. 100 meters from the ski track and close to the store. Road all the way to the cabin in summer and winter. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence. An eldorado for those who love nature and outdoor life. Here you will find a wide variety of nature with high mountains, large, fish-rich lakes, miles of plateaus and beautiful rivers. Other things to note see: sylan. NO for experiences and activities for all ages in Stugudal. Included in price: Wood, electricity, gas, road clearing, pillows and duvets (not duvet covers, pillowcases and towels). Also included are basic goods such as hand soap, toilet paper, salt/pepper/various spices and so on. Electricity up to 60 kWh per day is included in the price. (The cabin is well insulated and no cabin guests have so far been charged extra for electricity!!). We have set a limit of 60 kWh to prevent excessive use of electricity. Consumption is read on the app. Duvets and pillows are available. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels must be brought. There are 3 TVs with standard basic package of channels. The water is shut off when the cabin is not in use. Open manually on arrival and close on departure. Upon departure, it must be cleaned and left as it was when you arrived, so it will be nice for the one who comes after. Possibility of charging electric car on regular socket. Broadband: There is good 5G/4G coverage in the cabin. It is possible to have a home office with shared internet from your own mobile. Restrictions: We rent to adults and responsible people over 26 years. Preferably no pets, but for the right tenants it can be considered. Check-out: Check-out is normally no later than 12 pm. Check-out on Sundays is no later than 3 pm. A different check-out time can be agreed upon. Tydal Ski Center: Located by Mosjøen in Tydal, close to FV 705 in the middle of the municipal center Ås and Stugudal about 15 min from the cabin. Here there is a ski lift of 900 meters with three descents, plus a children's slope of 100 meters with its own mini ski lift.
