Sea view and large garden equipped for children and adults alike. Accommodation possible for 2 to 4/5 people. Access via an external staircase. Sabine and Jean-Pierre The space This 50 m2 studio is composed of a large living room which also serves as a bedroom and dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a hallway with a clearance to store suitcases. this accommodation is south-facing and therefore very bright. We can accommodate 2 to 4/5 people (we can add an 80 cm bed for an extra child if necessary). It is also possible to pitch a tent in the garden near the studio Guest access Guests have at their disposal, apart from the studio which is their private space, a beautiful part of the garden, with outdoor dining area, plancha, deckchairs and a large playground for children... Part of the garden is reserved for the owners who will also access their vegetable garden while respecting your privacy and tranquility. Other things to note The garden is closed at night, so your vehicle is safe, while remaining under your responsibility... Breweries, beach bars, are within walking distance of our accommodation. In summer, you can walk to the municipal campsite next door to buy bread. Possibility of very large walks on the coast thanks to the GR34 that runs along our property. Easy access to Saint Malo (13 KM) by the Corniche road or by bus Shops, supermarket, DIY store and others, gas station, bakery, butcher, fish market, 3 km away.
