We are proud to offer a NO Smoking on Property. This adorable boat house has been completely renovated with a new roof, new decking, and boat dock make for great fishing & relaxation. Wake up every morning to the beautiful view of lake. At night enjoy the fireworks from Disney across the lake and magnificent views of the moon and stars on the lake. NO SMOKING on premises. The space The Boat House has a Queen Size Murphy Bed and a Queen Size sofa bed both with gel memory foam, an eat in kitchenette and granite bar. We are close to many restaurants and the quaint town of Winter Garden so who needs an oven. There is a toaster oven, microwave and 2 burner hotplate for quick meals. Orlando Sentinel calls Winter Garden (which is 10 minutes away)the Coolest Suburb in Florida. It's a unique experience as you are staying in a house on top of the water. The entrance is between the two Crepe Myrtle trees with two lights at entrance on the grass. Park on the right in front of the dock on the grass. Guest access We have two fishing poles, a kayak, and wood is provided for a night fire. Other things to note We don’t recommend swimming in the lake as there are gators, although I have never seen one in the lake. Plenty of beautiful ducks and birds live around the house but please don't feed them. We do have pest control for bugs and in 5 years we had 1 palmetto bug. The reason I have to put this disclaimer is that someone wanted a refund because they saw a bug. We also have well water which has a new water treatment system. The water is safe but it may have a slight order. Not harmful just minerals. We want everyone to have a spectacular experience and based on all our fabulous reviews they do.
