A colorful and bright completely renovated apartment in a residence of other 5 apartments, that is quiet and close to Venice. The space HOW TO REACH VENICE At 150 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop where you can take the bus to Venice. It passes every 10 minutes in the day (every 20 minutes from 10 pm to midnight and half). It takes about 15 minutes and costs 1,50 € each way. It is perfect for you if you would like to experience Venice but also like peace and quiet far from the bustling of the city. Guest access THE SPACE The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 7 people in total. The bedrooms are very tidy and bright. The first bedroom consists of a spacious double bed and a bedside table and a wardrobe The second bedroom consists of two single beds and a bedside table with a night lamp, a big window, and a wardrobe The third bedroom has a double sofa bed, a big window and a wardrobe. There is a wireless Internet connection, flat screen TV in every room, air conditioning and free parking. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are also provided. KITCHEN The kitchen is very bright and modern. It is very well equipped with a sink, hob and burners with gas, a microwave and multiple cupboards. It has all you need to prepare your morning breakfast or a full meal. BATHROOMS The bathrooms are very clean and modern looking. They have shower cabins, a toilet and a bidet, as well as sinks and big mirrors. Other things to note Tourist Tax: A tax of 4 € per night per person (adults) must be paid locally to me in cash. 2 € per night for children from 10 to 16 years old.
