Our home is nestled in the gorgeous, safe, quiet neighborhood of Medina, with many waterfront estates and beautiful homes on a large peninsula surrounded by Lake Washington. Guests have exclusive use of the main portion of the house -the kitchen, living room, dining room & patio, as well as the 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It comfortably accommodates a family of 6! My Wife and I live on the property in an apartment at one end of the house in an entirely separate space with it's own entrance. The space Our large home has a separate apartment on one end where my Wife and I live. Guests have exclusive use of the main portion of the house, which includes the entryway, kitchen, living room, dining room and patio, as well as 3 bedrooms, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and powder room. We'll provide a dozen eggs, orange juice, milk and a loaf of bread for guests for their first breakfast or two. Plus a bunch of Keurig pods! There is a queen bed in the first bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed (two single mattresses) in the third bedroom. WiFi is available throughout the space and large desks with plenty of work area in the first two bedrooms as well as a Wifi accessed printer. Guest access Guests have private, exclusive access to the main portion of our home, which includes the entry, living and dining rooms, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Also a well equipped kitchen that has a lovely eating area bounded by large windows looking out at the back yard and patio. In the summer, our guests enjoy breakfast on our secluded patio that is surrounded by greenery and is welcoming to many birds, squirrels and rabbits. We sometimes use our side of the back yard, but our side of the back yard is separated by a low fence from the guest side. Other things to note Our location is ideal for Husky fans and tourists as well as business people. Direct and express public transportation to Seattle, other city centers, University of Washington, Microsoft, Amazon, and many other international and hi-tech companies. If you prefer to drive, three freeways are within a few minutes of our neighborhood.
