The space Completely remodeled/refreshed space. Queen bed (new, medium firm mattress Feb. 2022) plus comfortable Queen size sofa/bed. No smoking in or around the unit. No pets. No loud music or partying after 10 pm out of respect for close neighbors, including other duplex occupant. Guest access Check in BETWEEN 4 PM AND 8 PM. Local management – contacts provided upon booking. Other things to note Kitchen is fully-stocked with tableware, pots, and utensils. Microwave, gas range/oven, washer/drier, WiFi, cable TV. Towels and linens provided. Street parking. Check in between 4 PM and 8 PM only. Check out 11 AM. 3-night minimum There is a Weekly rate discount.
