Renovated apartment in midtown Kingston

Our renovated Kingston apartment. House was built in 1888 and has been lovingly renewed and restored. We fussed over every detail and tried to make the space as comfortable and inviting as we could. Many of the furniture pieces we made, or restored. We refinished the old floors and completed re jigged the layout for a more open plan, connected living space. Kitchen and bathroom are completely brand new! The house is in the middle of everything Kingston, and the HV has to offer. The space Park right next to the entrance and enter with a smart keypad. We have a travel cot and extra mattress if you're traveling with a toddler or a baby, just let us know! Ground floor with steps to get up to front door. Walk in shower. There are two mini split units for a/c and heat. Please use the remote that is dedicated to each room. Be sure to point the remote at the a/c unit to control temperature. The bedroom also has a fan/light combo. Please use the remote to control light and fan. Coffee instructions available! Guest access Guests have access to the back yard, and by request can use the common laundry in basement. There is parking for our apartment and yours in the back too. Other things to note Our house is walking distance to a few great things however a car is better for getting around town. There are car services and buses too. Biking around if warm enough is an excellent way to see Kingston. Registration Details 11170
