Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located recently refurbished apartment in Artique Resort. Relax and enjoy ocean views and breezes, use the hotel facilities or leave the car and go exploring! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (3rd brm is a converted study so fits bed only). - Less than 200m to the beach - Ensuite, main bathroom and an additional toilet - Full kitchen and laundry - Free carparking for 2 cars - Free Wi-Fi - Pool/Beach towels provided - 250m to light rail station The space Our apartment is located on a high floor facing the ocean and has city, river and hinterland views. As you enter through the door, the hall provides two built-in work spaces and a book exchange for your use. Just past this on the left is a toilet and washbasin. On the right is the master bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite and walk-in-robe. There's also a tv. Beach towels are on the towel hooks in the hall near the kitchen. The hallway opens up into a kitchen, dining and living room space with amazing views. A six-seater dining table, 4 breakfast-bar stools, a lounge suite and smart tv, plus a buffet where there are some board games and wine glasses. Off the kitchen is a small bedroom with a single-over-double bunk bed. This is a small room and contains the bed only. Behind the kitchen is another bedroom with king size bed, built-in-wardrobe and a smart tv (with internet only, no local antenna channels). In the wardrobe is also where you'll find pool noodles and two beach chairs. There's a laundry behind a sliding door and a 2nd bathroom with shower over bath, basin and toilet. The balcony has an outdoor dining table which seats 4, plus two deck chairs with a small coffee table. Guest access You'll have exclusive use of the apartment and two designated carparks in the secure basement. You can also use the resort facilities (gym, pool, spa, sauna, steam room) A private theatre and virtual golf simulator are also available and must be booked directly through reception. (A deposit may be required for use of these two facilities). Other things to note I do not provide servicing during your stay. For stays of longer than 7 nights I do offer a complimentary towel exchange which can be organised directly with me.
