Bring the whole family to our spacious and modern place with lots of room for fun. Our family home is a new build which we would love you to come enjoy as much as we do. It is located directly across from the Woolworths and gym in Epiq. If you don’t mind a hill or two it is a 20 minute walk into town where you will find restaurants and bars to enjoy as well as the beach. Otherwise it is a 2 minute drive into town. The space This is a spacious family home comprising of two living spaces, a kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms and a backyard with a pool. As it is a family home we ask guests to respect the contents of our home and enjoy the space as much as we do! Master Bedroom King bed with tv and balcony. Walk in robe with cupboard space (if needed) and ensuite with double shower and bath. Bedroom 2 Porta Cot upon request (will fit small 9th person) and double bed with cupboard space (need to update photo as this room no longer has bunk beds). Bedroom 3 Queen bed with balcony and cupboard space. Upstairs Living Room Fold out sofa- upon request can turn into bed will sleep 2. Tv and balcony. Upstairs bathroom Shower, toilet, bath and cupboard space. Downstairs Dining area, lounge room, kitchen, powder room and laundry. Backyard Pool, deck, servery and grassed area Driveway and front yard I have a security camera above my garage Guest access You are welcome to park in the driveway otherwise there is free street parking. Other things to note Attached to the house is a studio at the front with its own entrance. The studio has a permanent renter in it. Small outside pets are welcome.
