The living room has a four seat sofa and additional seating too, 55'' HD Smart TV, free Wifi. The guest bedroom / playroom downstairs has a sofa bed and also downstairs is a bathroom with shower facilities. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a study and a family bathroom with a bathtub and separate spacious walk in shower. The master bedroom has a superking bed, dual aspect windows. Two further bedrooms provide sleeping space for max 4 people (a bunk bed in one, and a single bed plus mattress ont he floor in the other). All bedroom face the garden and have stunning, uninterrupted views to the horizon. The medium sized garden has play equipment and a trampoline and it's best feature is a raised decking with a garden dining set, parasol, for al fresco eating. Further seating can be found in the 'evening sun spot' of the garden. We are on a green, wide road with bus stops nearby and corner shop 1 min walk away. Pub 12 min walk. We accept families and can provide a cot and a high chair on request and prefer adult guests to number maximum 6 people. No parties allowed.
