Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. There is a small yard and parking for one small/medium car. I am afraid the estate rules will only allow cars (no vans, trailers, camper vans or motor homes.) Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. PARKING RESTRICTIONS: There is a designated parking space for one car. I am afraid the estate rules will only allow cars (no vans, trailers, camper vans or motor homes.) Fines will be in place if the parking permit is not displayed on your dashboard. If this is lost there will be a replacement charge of £50. TRAVEL COT A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message before hand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am afraid highchair requests cannot be met). DURING YOUR STAY My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
