This fully renovated cottage is only available for rent in certain weeks of the year because we enjoy it very regularly, so it is fully equipped and particularly well maintained and practical in summer and winter. You will be a 5-minute walk to the beach but you can also enjoy the beautiful banks of the Grazel pond for long walks, most often alone, amid flowers and birds. Upstairs you will have a living room with a very well equipped open kitchen as well as a bedroom with its bathroom, small dressing room and separate toilet. The living room can be heated by a stove (or new reversible air conditioning) and opens onto a south-facing wooden terrace (with a table with extension that can accommodate 6 people) which can be completely closed by bay windows in case of bad weather or wind (very common in Gruissan). You can therefore enjoy this terrace all year round, which is a significant asset compared to other chalets. The living room windows overlook the Grazel pond without the cottage being located on a busy road. On the ground floor, you will have access to two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. One of the bedrooms consists of a sofa bed with a very good mattress and a closet and the second bedroom of a single bed (convertible into a double bed, with quality mattresses), bunk beds and a closet. A laundry area with washing machine and dryer is also on the ground floor. You can admire giant photos of Gruissan in the showers and one bedroom. And if you have kids, they can have fun with the two swings under the terrace. Buckets, shovels, beach buckets are available. Guest access You'll be at the beach in 5 minutes. Parking is available close to the chalet. The advantage of this listing's location is that it is located in a quiet place without being too far from shops in the summer (restaurants, Spar, bakery). You can walk there in about 10 minutes. The first bar/restaurant is 5 minutes maximum from the chalet.
