Located only steps from the water, 2 miles from downtown Sandpoint and 25 minutes to Schweitzer ski resort. The space All bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom: King bed - Bedroom 2: Queen bed - Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top and single trundle) The water in front of the home is pristine for swimming. There is a gradual drop off. We have paddle boards and kayaks available. Guest access We have a long term tenant that helps with the property living next door. The driveway, dock, and beach are shared amenities with the other rental home The master closet and garage are not part of the rental
