We are walking distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The beach is a 4 minute drive. Entire house, including the indoor/outdoor space, is for our guests. Foosball, arcade games, TVs, high speed Internet & washer/dryer are included with your stay. We do NOT offer Cable TV. Smart TV streaming is provided. New central AC installed! The space The house is centrally located, so you will be only minutes away from everything Sylvan Lake has to offer. This house has all the amenities that you need so it's less for you to bring. The indoor and outdoor space offering ensures there is something for everyone. - No parties. - Quiet time is from 11pm-7am. - No illegal drug use permitted anywhere on our premises. - No smoking/vaping indoors. If you are smoking outside, please place cigarette butts in a non flammable can/container. - No unregistered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Violation will result in a fee of $30/guest per night, or all guests may be asked to vacate premises with no refunds. - If you use the BBQ, please close the propane valve (clockwise to close). - If you use the firepit, ensure the fire is out. Guest access The entire house is offered to our guests. There are no shared spaces. The entire property is fenced to provide our guests with more privacy. Bedrooms Upstairs: - Bedroom #1: 1 King Bed - Bedroom #2: 1 Bunk Bed (Lower double bed and upper twin). Basement - Bedroom #3: Queen Bed. Private ensuite bathroom. Other things to note All door locks are equipped with keyless entry, and a code will be provided a few hours prior to guests' arrival time.
