High speed WiFi, AC Endless hot water with great pressure The space Having lived here in Vallarta over 15 years, I'd tired of the "rustic" Mexican style. You won't find any of those rawhide leather chairs here! It was important to us to have a modern, clean, open space. The ceilings are 10ft or 3m tall. There is an incredible amount of light in the living room/kitchen area with the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. I had them custom made to drop outside noise of from 55 decibels to 40 in the living room. And only 25 in the bedroom. Materials are important. We focused on using lots of sustainable Parota wood, high efficiency LED lighting and inverter technology for the fridge and AC units. Nearly all the furniture is custom made by local craftsman using low VOC materials whenever possible. There are two TVs, a 49 LG smart TV in the living room and a 32 LG TV with Chromecast in the bedroom. Basic Netflix and Prime included. You have a full kitchen that also has a 5 micron water filter. Go across the street to the local grocery store or walk 5 mins to the local market for the freshest produce, seafood and meats. The bathroom has a special 4 jet shower that allows bathing without getting one's hair wet. There's also a shower bench. The balcony overlooking the city's promenade is what made me fall in love with the spot. You sit out at your custom granite table enjoying your food and drink and just watch people pass below you. They almost never look up. It's absolutely fascinating. Guest access You have your own 1 bedroom condo to yourself. Other things to note Don't hesitate to contact us should something not meet your expectations. NO SMOKING/PARTIES/ANIMALS (or party animals 😁) *Your stay includes 10kwh of electric use per day which covers moderate use of the AC based on past guest's stays. Excess use has a nominal charge of 6mxn/kWh. Few exceed this. Surf boards, boogie boards, beach blankets/umbrellas and chairs in garage area are free to use. Please treat with respect so future guests can enjoy. Failure to abide by the rules will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fee. Do not make the reservation unless you agree to the above.
