My unit is on the second floor and there are two flights of steps to get to the unit* The building is not handicapped accessible . I’m allergic to pet fur. Please no pets of any kind. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo and private screened in patio. All amenities are located at the Broad Creek Recreation Center which you can see from the patio and it less than a 5-minute walk. The recreation center has 2 gyms, activities room, sauna, hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, and outdoor firepit for your usage. Free continental breakfast offered on Mondays at the rec. Bikes and mini golf at recreation center charges a nominal fee. Tennis courts are right behind condo and Pickleball is popular on the court. The marina is close to the unit as well. Can see glimpse from the patio. Fishing, boating ang kayaking are offered. Other things to note Area is perfect for single person or couple. There is one full size bed. If you are bringing a child please bring an air mattress and the modern couch is comfortable for sitting but not for sleeping.
