This home is ideal for three couples traveling together (each bedroom offers a king-sized bed), two families traveling with children (two bedrooms have a twin sized bed as well), or a mid-size group retreat (the house sleeps eight, all in comfortable beds with high end mattresses and luxury bedding). The Neighborhood: We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood called "Mission Hills" in upper West Sedona that was established in the '80s. Epic red rock views abound on every street. You're a short walk to Posse Grounds Park and Amphitheater, a fabulous venue with some of the best red rock views in the world. This space features an amphitheater, green space, trails, a playground, skate park, soccer fields, baseball field and community center. Here you'll find weekly events, including outdoor concerts, drum circles, community yoga, meditations, and much more. Interaction with Guests: We are a message away throughout your stay and are 100% dedicated to providing the utmost service to ensure you have a 5-star experience at Crystal Sky Haus. SPA NOTE: The outdoor swim spa is a critical component and reason guests choose to book with us. In order to keep the spa in the best shape for our guests, the spa water is tested and maintained twice a week by a professional spa company. No access to the house is needed. Depending on prior and current guest use, additional visits by the spa company may be deemed necessary. Spa access is not guaranteed 365 days a year - there will be days the spa company requires a drain, clean, and refill of the spa. This process requires a full day before the spa is operational. Guests who book acknowledge the spa information above and agree to respect and comply with the following rules to ensure the spa is clean, safe, and maintained for current and future guests: 1) Wash off ALL sunscreen, self-tanner, and any body lotion before entering. 2) Close the spa cover and affix the safety buckles after each use. 3) No food or drink in the spa. 3) Do not remove the chlorine floater. Failure to respect and follow the rules above will result in a $200 professional spa drain and clean charge to the guest. The owners occasionally need to access storage in the garage through a separate entrance and do not disturb guests in the home. Other things to note Important rules to note before you book: PARTIES If you are looking for a party house, we are not the place for you! We LOVE and respect our neighbors. Anyone who violates local noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to the city-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation. SMOKING There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside the home, at the front entry, or on the rear deck. Guests who violate this policy will be held liable for the full cost of mitigation from any residual smoke odor or damage. MINIMUM AGE/IDENTITY You must be at least 25 years old and have your identity verified through Airbnb in order to rent this property. We require a copy of a government-issued ID once a booking is confirmed. SECURITY CAMERA There is a doorbell security camera at the front door that points to the front walkway. There is a security camera in the garage, which is kept locked and reserved for the owner's personal items. COMMUNICATION This listing is managed by a family of four and we are all alerted when you send a message. This way, we can offer the quickest response time to your requests and needs. HOST ACCESS We respect and consider your privacy to be one of the most important aspects of your stay here. We have personal belongings in the garage and the crawl space underneath the house and on occasion need to access the crawl space. We will provide advance notice prior to access. SPA In order to keep the spa in the best shape for our guests, the spa is professionally maintained twice weekly. No access to the house is needed. The professional maintenance company periodically drains and refills/reheats the spa. If the spa is temporarily unavailable, we ask for your understanding. Your stay may coincide with one of these days. NOTE: If the professional spa company requires draining and refilling of the spa due to misuse of it during the guest's visit (note: multiple guests not rinsing sunscreen off can do this), the guest will be responsible for a $175 charge.
