The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a family house, an external staircase leads to the apartment. It is ideal for a stay of 3-6 people, it has 3 double bedrooms, in two of them there is the possibility of preparing a third bed, which achieves the maximum accommodation capacity for 8 guests. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a balcony with a beautiful view of the bay, the islands St. Marko and Island of Flowers, as well as the mountain Lovcen (1749m high) The space Our house was built in 1988. The host family lives on the ground floor of the family house. The apartment on the 1st floor has been renovated and better equipped since 2018. In front of the house there is an ornamental garden, behind the house we have an orchard and a vegetable garden. We have built a barbecue in the yard, which our guests are happy to use. There is a large parking lot with a gate next to the road. Crossing the road in the continuation of our plot, we have a landscaped beach. Guest access With the apartment rental, we offer free use of wifi inside the accommodation and 2 parking spaces in our parking lot. If necessary, we can also provide a third free parking space. Guests can also use our barbecue in the garden, we are happy to provide guests with help and useful tips when using the barbecue. The orchard and garden behind the house is not an integral part of the offer, it only serves the needs of the host. As a bonus, guests can use our beach with a private entrance across the road. The beach consists of 2 terraces in natural shade and a concrete pier, part for sunbathing. The terrace next to the pier is reserved for our guests, the other more distant terrace is used by the host family. Each guest is provided with a sunbed in the sunbathing area. Guests can use our beach kitchen where they have their own separate fridge to store food and drinks while on the beach. Coffee or tea can be made. The beach is equipped with a shower. On the right and left side there are other beaches belonging to our neighbors.
