The space The room is decorated with a general boho-ish style, and there are elements of it throughout the house as the goal is to create comfort and a positive feelings throughout. The overall atmosphere in the house is comfortable, clean and uncluttered. The room is furnished with a full bed and gets plenty of natural light. The house is in great shape as many parts have been continuously renovated in recent years. The feel is modern, comfortable and meets everyone’s needs. There is plenty of space to enjoy both in your room and around the house. Guests can use the dining room, living room, kitchen and back yard. There are also nearby outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a baseball diamond, basketball court, tennis court, and park spaces that can all be enjoyed 100% free. If you need sports equipment, please consult the host. Guest access The guests can access their rooms and the common spaces (living room, dining room and kitchen). Please see the rules regarding that. You will be sharing the house with Yuri and 1 or 2 other guests so please be respectful of that as well. During your stay I can give you tips about how to get around and where to find what you need. Other things to note 11 pm to 7 am is silent time. Please be sure that you can respect this schedule so that everyone in the house can get a good rest. The parking space is a little tight and there is an extra charge for it. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Guests are allowed to have tea and coffee available in the house without extra charge.
