EASY PARKING! This is a three story, single family home. This is my actual home where I live, but I will only be renting while I'm away so you will have the entire house to yourself except the master bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and one very comfortable pull out couch so the place comfortably sleeps six. The house is walkable to downtown, the Convention Center, Red Hat Amphitheater, Dorothea Dix Park and many of the city's best bars, restaurants and breweries! The space There is a front porch with seating for four. There is a back porch with a retractable awning and a grill. There is ample parking in the driveway. The downstairs has a living room and kitchen. The couch in the living room folds out to a queen size bed and linens are in the trunk. The kitchen is badass and well equipped. Half bath is downstairs too. On the second floor there is a master bedroom (NO ACCESS) and a guest room. there is a queen bed and full bath, shower only. On the third floor there is a laundry area and work space. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom, with tub. The view of downtown from this room is great! There is a small front and back yard, it is not fenced. Guest access You can access the entire house except for the master bed/bath and the garage.
