New luxury home built in Silverthorne Colorado with breathtaking views of the Rocky mountains, an internal trail system, private fishing on the Blue River and so much more! Parking for three vehicles is permitted. The space Aspen Meadows is a mountain modern home located in the idyllic setting of Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne Colorado. True to our house's name it is located next to an amazing field of aspen trees. We have direct access to our amazing trail system only steps from our house. On the main level, you will find a gourmet kitchen with a spacious living room with amazing views from every angle. Our unique dining table can fit 8 with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island. The master bedroom with full 5 piece on-suite. Full laundry and a powder room. On our lower level, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, a shared full bath, and our mudroom. In the mud room, you will find our vast collection of games! Guest access You will have full access to our entire house including the two-car heated garage. Other things to note You can rent SUP boards and kayaks for a small fee. Aspen House visitation hours are currently: Monday 10am – 7pm Tuesday 10am – 7pm Wednesdays 10am – 7pm Thursday 10am – 7pm Friday 10am – 7pm Saturday 9am - 2pm Sunday 3pm – 8pm Lake House visitation hours are currently: 7 days a week 8am – 9pm
